Grape varieties: 100% Grenache
Harvesting method: Manual harvest, harvesting in crates
Vinification: Short vinification and maceration of 5 days maximum so that the tanins do not stand out. Indigenous yeasts.
Tasting: Pale, bright ruby red colour. Fleshy nose with lots of ripe fruit and berry flavours. Light and lively in the mouth with just enough chewy tannin. Best served slightly cool but not cold from a fridge. Very good with food.
