Vinification: The grapes are completely destemmed and the vatting time is between 15 and 18 days with a control of the vinification temperature. The vinification is not very interventionist, with daily pumping over. concentration is not on extraction and instead on efforts on fluidity, aromatic freshness and depth. Indigenous yeasts.

Tasting Notes: This 2018 Rasteau red is a lovely wine with length and finesse. These finely spiced notes on the first nose and burlat cherries on the second nose whet the appetite and call for tasting. The mouth is more structured, a fine and long wine with a nice freshness.
